The pick-up at your hotel starts 1 hour prior to the beginning of the tour.

All Tours (except private):

• Cancellation with refund is possible up to 24 hours before the tour.
• Rebooking is possible on the tour day before 10 AM. The bus will wait a maximum of 5 minutes at the pickup location.
• No-shows will result in automatic cancellation without refund.

Private Tours:

• Cancellation with full refund is possible 2 weeks before the tour.
• Rebooking is possible 2 weeks before the tour.
• In case of emergencies after the 2-week notice, please contact Joyce Stuij at 5927252.
• The full balance must be paid 2 weeks before the tour.

For logistical reason Kukoo Kunuku recommend cruise ship passengers to reserve  our fun tours through the Shore-excursions online or on their ship. We are looking  forward to having you on our bus.

Our nightlife tours are adult tours and you must be 18 years or older to participate. The minimum age for our daytime tours is 6 years.

We will do our best to accommodate any guest who would like to join our tour. Please inform us when making your reservation so we can make the proper arrangements.

Dinner is at a beautiful location and is subject to change on season. Some of the restaurants we are working with at the moment: Que Pasa, Nusa, Salina, Aqua Grill…

With the Dinner & Nightlife tour a casual Caribbean dinner will be served. If there are any vegetarians or food allergies in your group, please advise ahead of time so that a special meal may be prepared.

With the Wine on Down the Road tour there is a 6 coursed dinner, paired to the wines. This might differ per night. Please inform us as soon as possible about any food allergies, vegetarians or vegans so the restaurant can prepare a special plate for you.

With the Dinner and Nightlife tour you will receive a glass of champagne and a welcome drink at dinner. Thereby, the first drink at both bars is on us. You can choose from a locally crafted bear, house wines, sodas, water and all bottom shelve mix drinks. In edition all the bars that we’re going to has happy hour prices.

With the Pub Krawl and Happy Hour tour you will receive a free specialty shot at each bar stop and upon arrival. In edition all the bars that we’re going to has happy hour prices.

With the Kukoo Carnival experience you will receive a glass of champagne and the first two drink at both bars are on us. You can choose from a locally crafted bear, house wines, sodas, water and all bottom shelve mix drinks.

With the Wine on Down the Road tour there are 6 wines included, paired with the dinner and there is always access to cold tap water.

Dress code is Kukoo Casual and Kukoo Comfortable. Shirt, slacks or shorts are just fine. Ladies remember to bring a hair tie; things tend to get pretty windy onboard. Most important, wear comfortable shoes you’ve got some dancing to do.

Lots of energy! And for some great memories bring a camera. We also recommend a strong wrist for shaking that maraca and perhaps an aspirin on standby if you get carried away and want to minimize morning after miseries. Please note that we are unable to store personal belongings on the bus so travel light. And unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for articles left on the bus.

Yes, you will need additional cash or credit card if you would like to purchase additional drinks.

Yes, by midnight most of our guests are ready to return home after a full night of entertainment and fun however anyone who wants to stay in town may do so with the understanding that they are responsible for their own transportation back to their hotel.
