ANSWER: You will receive an e-mail response within 24 hours either confirming your date or asking for an alternative date if your requested date is not available. Once your Tour date is confirmed your credit card will be used to hold the reservation. When your credit card has been verified you will receive a confirmation detailing the date of Tour, number of guests and the total amount charged to your card. Please check for any errors and notify us by e-mail if any changes need to be made. If all the information is correct please print out your confirmation and bring it with you to Aruba as it is your proof of payment and your ticket to board the Tour.

ANSWER: Yes, please call our offices at 586-2010 to confirm your arrival in Aruba. At this time you may provide us with your hotel and room number so we can confirm your pick-up time and answer any questions you may have.
ANSWER: Yes, we offer group rates starting at a minimum group size of 10 guests. Groups are required to pay in full one week prior to the scheduled tour. Rates are quoted individually and non-refundable. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
ANSWER: Yes, we offer Travel Agents a 25% discount on the full price of the Dinner & Nightlife Tour and the Pub Krawl Tour when booking online. The Wine on Down The Road Tour we offer a 10% discount when booking online. To qualify for this discount you must e-mail or fax your Travel Agent registration # and fax a copy of your Travel Agent ID and business card to our offices at 011-297-586-2009 or email@example.com. One companion may accompany the Travel Agent and also receive a 25% discount for the Dinner & Nightlife Tour and the Pub Krawl and a 10% discount for the Wine on Down The Road Tour.
ANSWER: Our nightlife tours are adult tours and you must be 18 years or older to participate. Age requirements exceptions are made only for private charters and transfers. The minimum age for our daytime tours is 6 years.
ANSWER: Yes. All reservations cancelled up to 1:00 pm on the day of the tour shall receive a full refund with a smile and hopes that you may rebook our tour at a later date. If the reservation is cancelled after 1:00 pm on the day of the tour we will issue a 50% refund to the credit card that was used for payment. If at this time you would like to rebook for the same or another Tour we’ll credit 100% of your payment to the new Tour!
There will be NO Refund for passengers that are no-shows to the venue.
If for any reason we are forced to cancel any of our Tours due to weather, technical problems or due to any other unexpected circumstances we will issue a full refund.
ANSWER: On the day of your scheduled Tour, we will call you (If you are not in your room, we will leave you a message) to let you know exactly what time the bus shall be at your hotel lobby. If you are not contacted please call us at 586-2010 for your pick-up information. Please be on time!
ANSWER: Our guests come from all over the world and are from 18 to 99 years of age. The average age of our guest is between 25 and 50. The success of our tours is not determined by age but by the spirit and camaraderie of our guests.
ANSWER: We do not have an automatic wheelchair lift. However, we will do our best to accommodate any guest who would like to join our tour. Please inform us when making your reservation so we can make the proper arrangements.
ANSWER: Lots of energy!!! And for some great memories bring a camera. We also recommend a strong wrist for shaking that maraca and perhaps an aspirin on standby if you get carried away and want to minimize morning after miseries. Please note that we are unable to store personal belongings on the bus so travel light. And unfortunately we cannot be responsible for articles left on the bus.

ANSWER: Yes, by midnight most of our guests are ready to return home after a full night of entertainment and fun however anyone who wants to stay in town may do so with the understanding that they are responsible for their own transportation back to their hotel.
