1.       Once I have made a Reservation, how and when will it be confirmed ?

You will receive an e-mail response within 24 hours either confirming your date or asking for an alternative date if your requested date is not available.  Once your Tour date is confirmed your credit card will be used to hold the reservation. When credit card has been verified you will receive a confirmation detailing the date of Tour, number of guests and the total held to your card.  Please check for any errors and notify us by e-mail if any changes need to be made.  If all the information is correct please print out your confirmation and bring it with you to Aruba as it is your proof of payment and your ticket to board the Tour.

2.       How far in advance must we book our Reservation ? 

We accept reservations up to three months in advance.  You may book

online or if you prefer call us directly at:  011-297-586-2010.   For Groups and Private Charter reservations we accept reservations up to one year in advance.

3.    Do you offer on-line Discounts ?

Yes, if you book your reservation online you will receive a US$ 5.00 discount per person.  If you make a second booking at this time for one of our other tours you will receive US$ 10.00 discount per person for the second Tour booking (discount is based on FULL priced tours not the internet rate.)

4.      Must I reconfirm my reservation when I arrive in Aruba ?

Yes, please call our offices at 586-2010 to confirm your arrival in Aruba and to allow us to provide you with your check-in time and answer any other questions you may have.

5.    Do you honor the Aruba Plus Card ?

No, I'm sorry we no longer participate in the Aruba Plus Program.  

6.      Do you offer Private Charter and Group rates ?

Yes, we do offer Private Charter and Group rates for advanced bookings.  The minimum group size is 10 pax.  We require a 50% deposit in advance to be paid by credit card or bank transfer.  The balance will be due one week prior to the scheduled Tour.  If you prefer not to confirm and pay by e-mail you may fax us at 011-297-586-2009 or call us directly at 011-297-586-2010.

7.       Do you offer Travel Agent discounts ?

Yes, we offer Travel Agents a 25% discount on the full price of a Tour when booking any of our Tours online.  To qualify for this discount you must e-mail your Travel Agent registration # and fax a copy of your Travel Agent ID and business card to our offices at 011-297-586-2009.  One companion may accompany the Travel Agent and also receive a 25% discount. We are delighted to offer our travel partners the opportunity to experience our products and we're confident afterwards  they won't hesitate to recommend us! 

8.     Are children allowed on your Tours and do they receive a discount ?

We allow children on the Mi Dushi Sailing, Snorkeling or Sunset Tours, which are perfect for all children over 6 years of age and are ideal family adventures.  Children may accompany their parents on any Mi Dushi Cruise for

US$ 20.00. (6 years – 14 years of age). 

Our Tattoo Party Cruise and Kukoo Kunuku Dinner and Barhopping Tours are adult Tours and you must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

9.    Do you provide transportation to the Tour departure points ?

On our Kukoo Kunuku Dinner and Barhopping Tour we are your designated driver and we will pick you up at your hotel lobby and deliver you safely home at the end of the Tour.  All Mi Dushi Adventure Cruises and Tattoo Party Cruises depart from the De Palm Pier located between the Radisson Resort and the RIU Resort on Palm Beach.  This location is within walking distance of all of the Palm Beach resorts and a short bus or taxi ride from the Low Rise hotels, the hotels on Eagle Beach or in Oranjestad.  If  you are arriving by taxi or bus (Bus #10) you only have to mention Tattoo / Mi Dushi or De Palm Pier, everyone in Aruba knows where the best excursions leave from!  If you have a rental car and are driving to the De Palm Pier you must park along

10.    Do you provide transportation for Cruise Ship passengers ?

We do pick up our Kukoo Kunuku Dinner and Barhopping Tour passengers at the Cruise Ship terminal however passengers for our Mi Dushi Adventure and Tattoo Party Cruises are responsible for their own transportation to and from the De Palm Pier.  Special transfer arrangements are available for Group and Private Charters.

11.     Do you have a Refund Policy ?

Yes....Due to the fact that all of  our Tours have a limited seating capacity the following refund policy will be enforced.  All reservations cancelled up to  24 hours of the time of departure shall receive a full refund with a smile and hopes that you may rebook our tour at a later date.  If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance we will issue a 70% refund to the credit card that was used for payment. If at this time you would like to rebook for the same Tour or another one of Aruba Adventures Tours we'll credit 100% of your payment to the new Tour!

There will be no refund for passengers that are no-shows to the venue. 

If for any reason we are forced to cancel any of our Tours due to weather, technical problems or due to any other unexpected circumstances we will issue a full refund immediately.

12.     At what time does the Kukoo Kunuku pick us up at our hotel ?

On the morning of your scheduled Tour, one of our office Kukoo ladies will call you (If you are not in your room , she will leave a message) to let you know exactly what time the bus shall be at your hotel lobby If you are not contacted please us at 586-2010 for pick-up information.  Please be on time so we won't miss the sunset or  keep your fellow passengers waiting.

13.     What is the average age of the Kukoo Kunuku guest !!!

Our guests come from all over the world and are from 18 to 99 years of age.

The average age of our guest is between 30 and 50 however the success of this Tour is not determined by age but by camaraderie and Caribbean fun.

14.     Is the Kukoo Kunuku Bus wheel chair accessible ?

No, we do not have an automatic wheelchair lift.…However, although challenging, we will do our utmost to accommodate any guest who would like to join us including, if possible,  manually lifting the disabled guest in and out of the bus, making room for their wheelchair to accompany them and assisting in any way possible to make their Kukoo Kunuku adventure unforgettable. 

15.     Is the Kukoo Kunuku air conditioned?

No, Mother Nature keeps us comfortable  by providing the cool and balmy Caribbean trade winds.

16.     Where do we have Dinner ?

We have two different dinner locations that we alternatively use, depending on the time of the year.                     Residencia Sylvia – A lovely Dinner stop in the gardens at the private home of Mr. Atan Lee. (The former Ambassador of Protocol of Aruba) where our guests  are served a typical local meal under the stars.   A tour of this landmark house is available upon request.

17.     What is served at Dinner ?

Residencia Sylvia:  An Aruban home cooked meal is served which includes a Caesar Salad and a combination entree of Chicken and Beef with Mushroom sauce  accompanied by Rice and Vegetables.

18.     What Bars do we visit ?

We begin all our tours with a Champagne toast at the California Lighthouse or another scenic location.  After dinner we are off to visit three of Aruba's best kept secret taverns and bars for imbibing, dancing and absolute FUN!

19.     What drinks are included in theTour ?

You will receive a Champagne toast, a drink of your choice at Dinner and at each bar stop the first Cocktail of your choice is on us.  All other drinks are at local prices…

20.     What is proper Kukoo Kunuku attire ?

Don't get dressed up for us !!!  Dress is Kukoo Kasual and Kukoo Komfortable.  Shirt or t-shirt, slacks or shorts are just fine.  Most important:  Wear sneakers or comfortable shoes !!! 

21.     Should I bring anything with me ?

Lots of energy!!! And for some great memories bring a camera.  We also recommend a strong wrist for shaking that maraca and perhaps an aspirin on standby if you get carried away and want to minimize morning after miseries.  Everything else is included.  Please note we are unable to store personal belongings on the bus so travel light. And unfortunately we are NOT responsible for articles left on the bus.

22.     Should I bring extra cash ?

Yes, you will need additional cash if you would like to purchase additional drinks after your first complimentary cocktail.  At our Dinner stop you also have an opportunity to purchase Kukoo Kunuku souvenirs,  if you are interested.  These include our now famous Kukoo Kunuku CD (includes Aruba Carnival music and Caribbean  music played on the bus and in the bars), and Kukoo T-shirts,  Shorts and Caps as well as the Kukoo Kunuku drink bottle.

23.     What is the Kukoo Kunuku Drink Bottle ?

The Kukoo Kunuku Drink Bottle is a must for all serious Kukoo Kunukers !!!!

It is a 16 oz insulated sports bottle which enables you to #1- keep your drink cold, #2- keep you from spilling your drink all over yourself while rambling down the country roads, #3-great for using on the beach for thirst quenchers for the remainder of your vacation, #4-great momento or gift to take home to your kids and most important it's a great value.

The cost for the Kukoo Drink Bottle is US$ 6.00 and as an added bonus all of the bars that we visit offer our guests a 16 oz. special refill price of your choice of cocktail for US$ 5.00.

24.     Am I able to get off the Kukoo Kunuku Bus at the end of the tour and stay in town to party ?

This is a common question and the answer is YES.  By midnight most of our guests are ready to return home after a full night of entertainment and fun however anyone who wants to stay in town may do so with the understanding that they are responsible for their own transportation back to their hotel.  

25.     Do I receive a discount if I am a repeat guest on the Kukoo Kunuku ?

YES! Check our online Kukoo Kunuku repeat guest Specials.  Approximately 25% of our guests each evening are repeat guests.  Although our concept is unique, to further it's success we are always trying to improve our Tour and do periodically change our bar stops, traveling routes, music and Kukoo program so always be ready for new twists and surprises.

26.     Last year I was on the Kukoo Kunuku, is the Kukoo Krew  the same ?

Gerla (Queen of the Road), Slick Vic, Mr Smooth "Jaime" and Papi " Bryan" and Taki Taki are still at the wheels and rambling down the road.  Ricky (Big Daddy)  are still aboard as hosts on the Kukoo Kunuku.  And our original Kukoo Kunuku driver host Richard (Little Dick) believe it or not is back with us.......

All of our Krew is "Kukoo" trained, so remember no matter who your Krew is you are guaranteed a truly memorable Kukoo experience!
